So I killed off most of my roaches because the 3-5 thousand were a nuisance. A few weeks ago my boyfriend told me no more roaches...
I found a small container I had housed a few nymphs in and forgotten about. I had what I thought were 3 immature B giganteus hybrids (bred for size and reproduction rate) left in there. Sadly two molted out as female dubias and the third as the hybrid.
Now I'm extremely interested in roaches again but want to do it on a smaller scale. He won't lift the ban for even hissers or ornamental species! Grr....
I think eventually I'll break him. I have a ridiculous wish list right now. It includes some feeder species but I don't want colonies. I want like 2.3.0 in a small tupperware. The babies can be fed off easily.
