    Do you handle your tarantula(s)?

Simple poll. Wondering how MHBC members feel about handling tarantulas. I know a couple responses already.

    I'm not sure

    maybe

    I think so, on occasion...depending, I think
What can be done is not what should be done but you have the right to your opinion...note that you do not have the right to not be offended and are therefore subject to another's opinion that you can be put in a 5'x9' cell and do just fine.

I hold my 3 rose hairs, 1 chilean copper, 1 pinktoe, 1 redknee

Next on my list to attempt to hold: 2 costa rican zebras, 1 salmon pink birdeater

    The rest I'm afraid of.

oOo... you like your hairy species! Kevin... the guy from the videos holding, like, the H lividum and the H maculata won't hold a green bottle blue. Doesn't like the hair, lol. I guess in the grand scheme of things I'd prefer to get bit than haired, though, too.

I've gotten a couple hairs on me from my T. blondi while doing stuff in her tank. I'd prefer the hairs than a bite from her though. The A avic's hairs are just an annoyance (she doesn't hair but she leaves them all over her web).
