Selling a couple cages. Need moneys

I've decided to sell my 4'L x 2'W 2'H wooden cage. It has a minor swelling on the door, just needs some sanding.
    And I have a small exoterra (I'm assuming 12 x 18 x 12 )

    I'm taking offers on...
  2. Planning to get a blue tongue skink, a couple questions

I can not find any clear dimensions to a cage for these guys. Best I found was a 3'L x 3'W x 2'H. Where am I going to find that awkward shaped cage? I do have, however... A 4'L x 2'W x 2'H wooden...

    Stick insects?

Are Phasmids legal here? I'm still moderately confused about Colorado's laws of exotic pets. If they are on the yay side, anyone know where I can get a hardier species?

    Re: Euryurus Leachii

I'm not entirely sure, I'd imagine not all that fast. But when they start making babies, I'm going to sell them!

    Euryurus Leachii

I just got six (Maybe seven) Euryurus Leachii babies from Peter. I can't wait until they're all grown up. They're so tiny, I can't get a clear picture.
  8. Re: I need a list of bug-friendly live plants!

Thank you! But no need to go out of your way, I just put fake plants in my spiders' cages, I came to realization it's hard to keep plants alive with tarantulas, maybe whip spiders, too?
  9. I need a list of bug-friendly live plants!

I plan to rehouse my moderately aggressive rose hair into a new cage, seperate my amblypygids as there's starting to be a moderate size difference. And my group of Euryurus Leachii's And I want all...

Re: Haha! Oh wow, my niece is a character

This morning, she called it "The bug wonderland." I, myself call my room the sister-safe zone! Haha

Haha! Oh wow, my niece is a character

According to my four year old niece... My room is called "Creature Land." I'd have to assume it's because my room is full of bugs! Haha

    Quick question for you breeders.

This can go to breeders of anything buggy and creepy, haha.

Out of the hundreds of eggs,
    Dozens of babies
    Etc
    Etc

How many do you expect to survive?
  13. Moments like this make me wish I could afford a good camera

I came home the other night to one of my cave spiders(Amblypygid) molting, at first it looked like this big white ball of goo hanging from the wood by a few strands. It was almost like watching a...

They didn't have a cgaco, went to wrong Scales n Tails, haha.

Went for Chaco golden knee, came home with Rose hair, haha.
  16. Re: I have to convince an arachnophobic sibling that...

Wow... well, that sounds like some actual therapy is needed. Totally serious. That is a very severe reaction. Do you know why she's so fearful?

    Not the slightest clue.
  17. I have to convince an arachnophobic sibling that...

Tarantulas aren't pure, concentrated evil. I'm planning on the Chaco golden knee, I've been told that the itchy hairs are scarier then the venom, which it's rarely pushed to do either. It's going to...
  18. Who sells roaches around Aurora/Denver?

The only place I'm aware of is Scales n Tails in... Englewood (I think?) and every time I need to take a trip out there it's fifteen dollars in gas (My SUV is a gas hog)

    Noo, I think in northglenn
  19. Re: I'm back and want to expand my collection!

Yeah, you know, if it does stress them I never saw any "stressed out" behavior from my heavy webbers. They can re-web so quickly.

If you eventually want a heavy webber you HAVE to get a Green...
  20. Re: I'm back and want to expand my collection!

So, ripping up webs won't over stress them? That's good to know, since I'll most likely move to heavy webbers later on.

  21. Re: I'm back and want to expand my collection!

I think G pulchripes (Chaco Golden Knee) are good terrestrial, non-lethal (lol) bugs. They're not as "boring" as Rosies but are still from the Grammostola genus. Not known to be hair kickers, get...

  23. Re: I'm back and want to expand my collection!

Isaac (one of the club's founding members) had R junceus and they're gorgeous scorpions. Very neat looking and a species you don't often see in the hobby. Or at least I don't. He's the only one...
  24. I'm back and want to expand my collection!

I'm thinking Rhopalurus junceus, Hadrurus arizonensis or my very first tarantula (No idea what species, I find no reliable lists online and my old arachnid collecting friend is just as unreliable, he...

Re: Plan to get a bullfrog tadpole!

It came to my attention only tropical and subtropical amphibians can be kept for private possession, bullfrogs are in Colorado, I believe? I think the only bullfrog relative allowed is the leopard...
